I had a fun, yet educational afternoon and found your instructions easy to follow, although my feet didn’t quite get it!

This letter is to say thank you for the self defence team building event you held and that I attended last Friday. I could see the trepidation on some of the members faces when you demonstrated what could happen if you were unprepared for a random attack, but this soon changed once you demonstrated how to respond.....read more

It was a very practical session and catered for people at all levels of coordination and skills. I felt everyone left with a lot more knowledge to keep us safe and the camaraderie with my fellow members was strengthened in the session.
